Head of Tesla and private space company SpaceX Elon Musk, has offered to buy Twitter for USD 43 billion.
According to a report, billionaire Elon Musk announced on Thursday that he had offered to buy Twitter in filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission after rejecting a possible board meeting at the company.
According to the report, after the purchase of shares of Twitter by Elon Musk, the shares of the company have increased by 189% in the world trade market.
Elon Musk announced in early April that it would buy a 9.2% stake in Twitter, valued at more than .4 73.4 million, valued at about USD 3 billion.
On the other hand, Twitter has also announced the nomination of Elon Musk for its board of directors. In this regard, Elon Musk said that his goal is to further improve the performance of Twitter and take it towards development.
