Huawei Nova 9 Launched Finally After A Long Delay

As a result of US sanctions, Huawei is having difficulty selling smartphones, largely due to a lack of access to Google services and apps.

The company’s introduction of new phones outside of China has been stalled for some time.

But now Huawei has started the process of introducing a new smartphone Nova 9 globally from Europe.

The phone was introduced in China in late September 2021 and has now been introduced to the European market during an event in Vienna, Austria.

However, the company has not introduced the Nova 9 Pro, which will only be available in the Chinese market.

The Huawei Nova 9 has a 6.57-inch OLED display with 120 Hz refresh rate and FHD Plus resolution.

The phone combines Android 11 operating system with EMUI 12, while Google apps and services are not available, instead Huawei app gallery and services are provided.

The Nova 9 has a 32-megapixel stone camera with a punch-hole design and a fingerprint sensor inside the screen.

The phone is powered by Snapdragon 778G processor but it only provides 4G support even though this processor has been used in phones of other companies along with 5G modem.

In fact, Huawei cannot use 5G networks because these networks are based on US technologies.

The Nova 9 has 8 GB of RAM and 128 to 256 GB of storage options.

The back of the phone has a setup of 4 cameras with a 50-megapixel main camera with 8-megapixel Ultra Wide, 2-megapixel macro shots and 2-megapixel depth tracking cameras.

The Nova 9 has a 4300 mAh battery with 66 watts of fast charging support.

The phone is priced at 499 euros (over one lakh Pakistani rupees) in the European market, and will be offered a free replacement if the screen glass breaks.
