Motorola has introduced the Motorola Edge 20 series 3 5G smartphones which will be available in different countries from August.
All the phones in the series based on Edge 20 Lite, Edge 20 and Edge 20 Pro have a setup of 3 cameras on the back while all 6 GHz 5G connectivity is provided.
According to the company, consumers will have the opportunity to use more reliable 5G networks in these phones.
It is believed that Motorola was the first in the world to introduce 5G phones but then it lagged behind other companies in this market.
But this year, Motorola has adopted a different strategy, focusing on low-cost 5G phones to attract consumers.
The Motorola 20 series phones are the company’s first flagship phones in 2021, but the prices are much lower than other companies.
According to the company, the Edge 20 series is better than the previous Edge phones in all respects, including more powerful processors, better cameras, periscope zoom for the first time, faster display refresh rate, fast charging and more.
But all the new and better features have been introduced to the people at a more affordable price, the company said. All three phones will go on sale in a few countries from August 2021.
Motorola Edge 20 Lite
The Motorola Edge 20 Lite has a 6.7-inch display with a 90 Hz refresh rate and a fingerprint sensor inside the screen.
The phone has Android 11 operating system and Turbo Power 30 charging support with 5000 mAh battery which enables the battery to last all day on 10 minutes of charging.
In fact, the company claims that the phone can be run on a fully charged battery for up to 2 days without charging.
This phone has MediaTek Dimension 720 processor with 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.
The main camera of the Motorola Edge 20 Lite is 108 megapixels with 8 megapixel ultra wide and 2 megapixel depth cameras, 32 megapixel selfie camera on the front is printed in punch hole design.
The Edge 20 Lite is priced at 350 euros (over 67,000 Pakistani rupees)

The Motorola Edge 20 has a 6.7-inch display with 144 Hz refresh rate and Android 11 operating system.
The phone has a 4000 mAh battery that provides 30 watt fast charging support and the company claims that it is the thinnest 5G phone currently available in the market.
The device is powered by a Snapdragon 78G processor with 6 to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.
The phone’s rear camera is also equipped with a 108-megapixel sensor, along with an 8-megapixel telephoto (with 33x optical zoom) and a 16-megapixel ultra-wide camera.
The phone has a 32-megapixel camera on the front.
The Motorola Edge 20 is priced at 500 euros (over 96,000 Pakistani rupees)
Motorola Edge 20 Pro
The Motorola Edge 20 Pro is the most powerful phone in the series with a Snapdragon 870 processor.
The 6.7-inch OLED display has 144 Hz refresh rate support, 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage.
The Edge 20 Pro has a 4500 mAh battery with 30 watt fast charging support.
According to the company, when running 5G, it will be possible to run the phone’s battery for 30 hours without charging.
This phone also has a 108 megapixel camera on the back.
For the first time, the company has introduced a periscope telephoto camera in one of its phones, which is equipped with an 8-megapixel sensor and features 5x optical zoom.
In addition, a 16-megapixel ultra-wide camera is also part of the setup, while a 32-megapixel camera on the front.
Motorola Edge 20 Pro is priced at 700 euros (over 135,000 Pakistani rupees).
