The National Command and Operations Center NCOC has issued COVID SOPs to students and teachers for conducting SSC Exams 2021 and HSSC Annual Examinations 2021. The IPEMC meeting was held on June 2, 2021 in which it was stated that the examinations will be held as per the announcement. Schedule All education boards have provided date sheets and examinations will be held in due course. In addition, SOPs will be strictly enforced in all test centers to minimize the spread of coronavirus.
All students are instructed to wear the niqab and maintain social distance. Vaccination teachers and staff members will be employed at each examination center. The number of entry points for each test center will be increased to reduce the chances of the disease spreading. Thermal screening will be done in each center. Regular cleanliness of the examination hall will be ensured during the conduct of examinations.
Instructions issued to students
Students will not be allowed to share stationery items during exams. Students have to bring a bottle of water inside the examination hall. Authorities have also made arrangements so that the candidates can leave in a hassle-free manner after completing the paperwork. An examination center will allow 60 students to sit. The Federal Ministry of Education has approved the video of the Model Examination Center which will be sent to all the federating units for implementation by the Secretary IBCC. A random survey will be conducted by the Minister of Education to monitor SOPs during examinations. The district administration will assist the education department in smooth conduct of matriculation and intermediate annual examinations.
