There are reports that the South Korean company ‘Samsung’ will introduce a 200-megapixel camera for the first time in its new Galaxy series phone, Samsung S23, and new technologies are also likely to be introduced in the new phone.
Samsung has not officially announced the S23 launch date, but it is likely to be introduced in early 2023.
The company introduced the Galaxy S22 in February this year, with a 108-megapixel camera, which was touted as a rival to Apple’s iPhone 13.
Now there are reports that the company will offer a 200-megapixel rear camera for the first time in the ‘Galaxy S23’ and the said phone will be a rival to Apple’s iPhone 14, which is likely to have a 64-megapixel camera.
According to the news, while Samsung will provide a 200-megapixel camera in the phone, the company will also introduce an updated technology camera sensor.
Before Samsung this year, Motorola also introduced the first mobile phone with a 200-megapixel camera, but the South Korean company will present its camera with upgraded technology and advanced sensors.
This news comes at a time when it was reported last week that Samsung has filed an application to acquire the copyrights of the 450-megapixel camera.
Reports said that the company’s copyright application did not clearly mention a 450-megapixel camera, but the formula mentioned said the company wants to introduce a camera with upgraded technology.
