A smart robot introduced to distribute Zamzam water among the pilgrims visiting the Masjid al-Haram and Masjid al-Nabawi.
According to the report of Al Arabia Urdu, this smart robot has been introduced by the General Presidency of Masjid Al Haram and Masjid Nabavi.
The robot will distribute bottles of Zamzam water to visitors to the Grand Mosque without any human intervention.
Speaking at the inauguration of the robot, Dr. Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, Chief Superintendent of Masjid-ul-Haram and General Presidency of Masjid-e-Nabawi, said that modern technology has become essential for social services, especially at a time when the world is battling the global corona virus.
He said that this technology would be beneficial for the safety and security of the pilgrims of Masjid-ul-Haram.
In addition, Sheikh Al-Sudais appreciated the access to modern science and technology and digital development in the service of all humanity.
He further said that the robot was carrying out the task of distributing bottles of Zamzam water without any hindrance to human intervention and movement of pilgrims to the two holy shrines.
It should be noted that the administration of the two holy shrines collects more than 50 samples of Zamzam water inside the Masjid al-Haram on a daily basis and analyzes them and confirms that the water Zamzam network is free of germs and contaminants. Is.
